UNIVERSAL 999 PROFESSIONAL CONCRETE PUTTY is a rendering paste for concrete and dry wall surfaces.  It fixes surface unevenness, hairline cracks, joints and pinholes.

Painting Guide:

New or unpainted surface

·         Remove dirt, dust, grit, loose mortar, oil, grease, and other contaminants.  New concrete must be cured at least 28 days or  at  manufacturers recommendation before paint application.

·         Wipe clean the surface before paint application

Old or previously painted surface

·         Remove all loose, peeling, chalking or blistering paint, dirt, dust, grease, oil, and other contaminants. 

·         Treat mold or fungus infestation with bleaching solution (1 part bleach and 3 parts water)

·         Wipe clean the surface before paint application

Application:

·         1st coat - Universal 999 Professional Flat Latex White PRO-100.

·         Allow 1 hour for drying time.

·         2nd coat – Universal 999 Professional Concrete Putty White PRO-10.  Spot or full putty, Allow 2 hours drying time.

·         3rd – 4th coat - Universal 999 Professional Latex of desired sheen & color.

·         Allow 1 hour intercoat interval
