UNIVERSAL FLOOR MASTER EPOXY FLOOR COATING TOPCOAT is a two-component industrial grade epoxy enamel finish. It's a high-build solvent base coating system designed for heavy-duty protection. With excellent adhesion, chemical and solvent resistance, and exceptional abrasion resistance, it reduces surface maintenance. Works best with new or old concrete floors. It's a topcoat for the Universal Floor Master Epoxy Floor Coating system.

Painting Guide:
New or unpainted surface
· Remove dirt, dust, grit, loose mortar, oil, grease, and other contaminants.
· New concrete must be cured at least 28 days or at manufacturers recommendation before paint application.
Old or previously painted surface
· Remove all loose, peeling, chalking or blistering paint, dirt, dust, grease, oil, and other contaminants.
· Treat mold or fungus infestation with bleaching solution (1 part bleach and 3 parts of water)
· Wipe clean the surface before paint application.
Application:
· 1st coat - Universal Floor Master Deep Penetrating Sealer.
· Allow 4 hours drying time
· 2nd coat – Universal Floor Master Epoxy Floor Coating Primer.
· Allow 4 hours drying time then sand.
· 3rd – 4th coat - Universal Floor Master Epoxy Floor Coating Topcoat of desired color.
· Allow 8 hours intercoat interval
Tip: Use Universal Floor Master Epoxy Floor Coating Reducer for thinning.
