UNIVERSAL SKIMPRO SKIMCOAT is a plaster for concrete and dry wall.  It fixes surface unevenness, hairline cracks, joints, pinholes and provides an ideal base for subsequent paint coats.

Application: by steel trowel or putty knife

Mixing Ratio with water: 

7-8 liters water to 20 kg Universal Skimpro Skimcoat

or 1/3 liter of water to 1 kg Univeral Skimpro Skimcoat

Painting Guide:

For New or unpainted concrete surface

·         Remove dirt, dust, grit, loose mortar, oil, grease, and other contaminants.

·         New concrete must be cured at least 28 days or at manufacturers recommendation.

·         Wipe clean the surface before paint application.

Application:

·         1st coat – Universal Ultra Kinis Skimcoat mixture is applied using a steel trowel or putty knife to desired thickness.  If it is necessary to increase the thickness.

·         2nd coat – apply a second coat after the first coat has set.

·         Allow to dry overnight. Then desired painting system can be applied.

·         If needed to smoothen surface, sand with fine sand paper
