UNIVERSAL FLOOR MASTER EPOXY SELF-LEVELING TOPCOAT is a two-component industrial grade epoxy topcoat of the Universal Floor Master Self-Leveling system. Apply this topcoat to even out uneven surfaces. Works well with new or old concrete floors.

Painting Guide:
Concrete
New or unpainted surface
· Remove dirt, dust, grit, loose mortar, oil, grease, and other contaminants. New concrete must be cured at least 28 days or at manufacturers recommendation before paint application.
· Wipe clean the surface before paint application
Old or previously painted surface
· Remove all loose, peeling, chalking or blistering paint, dirt, dust, grease, oil, and other contaminants.
· Treat mold or fungus infestation with bleaching solution (1 part bleach and 3 parts water)
· Wipe clean the surface before paint application
Application:
· 1st coat - Universal Floor Master Self-Leveling Epoxy Primer.
· Allow overnight to dry.
· 2nd coat – Universal Floor Master Self-Leveling Epoxy Topcoat of desired color.
· Allow 48 hours to dry for pedestrian traffic.
· Allow 3-4 days maximum cure for vehicular traffic.
